CEP ships throughout the United States and Canada using trusted carriers including UPS and USPS.

Shipping Times

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM are typically shipped the same day, weather permitting.
• Orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM through Sunday ship on Monday.
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days for U.S. customers.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during promotional sales or periods of high demand.

Express Shipping

• 2-Day Air orders ship Monday–Wednesday
• Next Day Air orders ship Monday–Thursday

Free Shipping

• Orders over $300.00 qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.
• Free shipping eligibility is based on subtotal before discounts or coupon codes are applied.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders under $300.00 are subject to flat-rate shipping charges based on the products ordered.

If an item is backordered:

• In-stock items will ship immediately
• Backordered items will ship once available
