Return & Refund Policy

At CEP, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase or shipment date.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for quality control reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $25.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

To process a return, include:

  • A copy of the invoice
  • Reason for return

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact CEP within 3 days of delivery. To request a replacement:

  1. Take photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and product(s)
  2. Email the photos and order number to info@cepoutreach.com
  3. CEP will review the claim and coordinate a replacement if applicable.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost:

  • First contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
  • Then notify CEP at info@cepoutreach.com

CEP is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers may need to file a carrier claim before replacement or reimbursement can be considered.

Canadian Orders

  • Refunds are not permitted on shipped Canadian orders.
  • Customers may not refuse shipments once shipped.
  • Refused shipments will not be refunded.
